The Constitution of the Republic of Poland is the supreme legal act (fundamental law) of the Republic of Poland. It was enacted by the National Assembly on 2 April 1997, accepted  by the Nation in a constitutional referendum on 25 May 1997, and signed by the President of the Republic of Poland on 16 July 1997.
