The scientific monograph entitled Powstania śląskie. 1919-1920-1921. Perspektywy stulecia (The Silesian Uprisings – 1919-1920-1921 – Centenary Perspectives), edited by prof. dr hab. Zygmunt Woźniczka, is the result of the conference organised by the Institute De Republica on 27 October 2021 in Katowice on the 100th anniversary of the Third Silesian Uprising.
The publication will cover the period from the beginning of the 20th century, when the fate of Poles living in the territory of contemporary Upper Silesia was at stake, to the present day. It will discuss many sociological, political, historical, social, diplomatic, cultural and regional aspects.
