Dr Tomasz Kukołowicz

Tomasz Kukołowicz obtained the PhD degree in Social Sciences in the field of Sociology and the PhD degree in Humanities in the field of Philosophy. He is the Deputy Director of the Research Programming and Coordination Department of the Statistics Poland (GUS). In 2016-2019, he was editor-in-chief of the “Rocznik Kultury Polskiej” and the author of scientific publications in the field of sociology of culture and cultural statistics; an expert in the Programme of the Minister of Culture and National Heritage“Rozwój sektorów kreatywnych” (2018–2019); the lead editor of the publication in the series “Kultura się liczy!” (The National Centre for Culture Poland, 2010–2016).
