Dr Michał Mrozek OP

Michał Mrozek obtained the PhD degree at the Pontifical University of St. Thomas Aquinas (Angelicum) in Rome on the basis of the thesis “Finis Ultimus – Beatitudo: The Principle of Christian Morality. The Summa Theologiae of St. Thomas Aquinas and Veritatis Splendor” in 2007. His scholarly activity focuses on Aquinas’ arethology and its philosophical and anthropological foundations, in particular habitus. He is a Dominican friar and Deputy Director of the Thomistic Institute in Warsaw. Since 2004, he has been lecturing at the Dominican Fathers’ College of Philosophy and Theology in Kraków. Since 2007, he has been employed at the Thomistic Institute in Warsaw. He is the author of scientific publications concerning the philosophy and moral theology fundamental to the thought of St. Thomas, and propagator of his thought. In 2012-2015, Secretary of the Editorial Board of the “Przegląd Tomistyczny”, since 2016, its Deputy Editor-in-Chief. Since 2020, Director of a philosophical and theological college Studium Dominicanum.
