Prof. dr hab. Jarosław Kłaczkow

Jarosław Kłaczkow obtained the PhD degree in 2002, subsequently the postdoctoral degree (habilitation) in 2011 and the title of Professor of Humanities in 2014. He is a historian, and an employee of the Institute of History and Archival Sciences of the Nicolaus Copernicus University (UMK) in Toruń; Head of the Chair of 19^th and 20^th Century and Modern History.

He is a member of the Committee of Historical Sciences (KNH) of the Polish Academy of Sciences (PAN) as well as the General Board of the Polish Historical Association (PTH). He is the author of over a dozen scientific monographs in Polish and English and the editor of numerous collective scientific works published in Polish and German.
