Landscape Resolution – Constitutional Issues

On 3-5 April 2022, a scientific conference entitled “Landscape Resolution – Constitutional Issues” will be organised by the Institute De Republica.

Landscape Resolution – Constitutional Issues

The invited lecturers will particularly focus on two issues. First, whether the Act of 23 March 2003 on spatial planning and development (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 741) in the scope of regulation on landscape resolutions is constitutional, including its Article 37a(9), as well as whether specific landscape resolutions of municipalities do not infringe certain constitutional principles, including the principle of competitiveness.

The papers prepared on the assigned topics will consider the aspect of planning expropriations.

The outcome of the conference will be a monograph published by the Institute De Republica Publishing House, edited by dr hab. Bogumił Szmulik.
