Inauguration of the series of legislative workshops

On 18 November 2021, the inauguration of the 1st series of workshops for the improvement of legislative techniques will be held. The meetings will be addressed to the directors of legal and legislative departments of ministries and central offices.

During the first meeting, Prof. dr hab. Genowefa Grabowska will deliver a lecture on “European Union Law in the Legal Systems of the Member States”, whereas dr hab. Krzysztof Szczucki, the President of the Government Legislation Centre (RCL), will present new tasks of the RCL, i.e. educational and training activities aimed at disseminating and popularising knowledge about legislation, as well as the unification of legislative practice.

The workshops are organized by the Government Legislation Centre in cooperation with the Institute De Republica.
